These 3 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions are all about you, tailored to your needs & requirements.   We recommend you book these at monthly intervals (over a 3-month period) to get maximum value from these sessions.  Melissa will work with you to:

• Understand what skills and capabilities you want to improve to take your leadership skills to the next level. 

• Help define your strengths and opportunities for improvement; and

• Coach you to build the skills and capabilities to be the leader you'd want to be led by. ​

 

Melissa also offers 60-minute ad-hoc leadership coaching sessions, for those times when you might be navigating a difficult or tricky situation, and you would like some additional support to help you work through it.
